Welcome to Barristercorp.org (Barristercorp.org). These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you access the website, regardless of how or where you access the website. Use of this site should not be taken as legal advice and should be taken only for informative purposes. We welcome your emails and phone calls but please bear in mind contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Please find below the terms and conditions set out by the Barrister Group, which are governed by the Laws of the United States.

The company will process an application to the client's requirements and requests, and will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided. The company will make all efforts to obtain the correct visa in the specified period of time. However the company will not be responsible for the following occurring at the embassy; Refusal to issue the visa, Refusal to accept the application, Issuance of incorrect visa, Delay in processing the visa.

Should the company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement visa or refund of all fees paid and the company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares.

Access to the Barristercorp.org websites and the purchase of any service/s from the Barristercorp.org is conditional upon you reading and accepting all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to, the Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as they exist at that time. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Barristercorp.org.

  • Defined Terms

    “Client” or “you” or “your” or “their” or “his / her” means the individual visiting this Website

    “Barristercorp.org” or “Barristercorp.org”, “us”, “we” or “our” means Barristercorp.org or any of our subsidiary companies.

  • Once you have submitted your application with us online or over the phone, it is assumed that you have agreed that we may instantly begin the processing of your application and provide our service, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are therefore providing your express consent for this to happen. As a result you will not have any right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is because, under Regulation 36(1)(a) and 37(1)(a), you lose your right to cancel if you agree that we can start providing the services within the cancellation period.

  • This website Barristercorp.org is owned and operated by Barrister Group. If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with these terms of use, please do not access or use this site.

  • We are not part of any government. We are a private company and we do not have the authority to grant a Client a visa of any kind. We are not a law firm and don't give legal advice. We can only assist and advise people who want to migrate or travel to their selected country. Please note that the final decision on all visa applications rests with the relevant government department in each respective country. By agreeing to these Terms, the Client acknowledges that paying for our Services is not a guarantee of obtaining a visa.

    You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for this information. Requirements may change and you should check for up-to-date position in good time before departure. We regret we can accept no liability if you are refused entry onto the flight or into any country due to failure on your part to carry the correct passport, visa or other documents required by any airline, authority or country. Health: Recommendations inoculations for travel may change at any time and you should consult your doctor on current recommendations before you depart. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain all recommended medication and follow all medical advice in relation to your trip.

    The User's use of the Website and or the Offered Service is on the strict understanding that the Website and or the Offered Service is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be relied upon when making any related travel or other decision. The information contained within the Website and or the Offered Service is provided without warranties expressed or implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website and or the Offered Service. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and or the Offered Service nor, that any representation or statement contained on the Website will be error free.

  • Any fees paid to Barristercorp.org are for the provision of the Service/s listed on our Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). The Client is responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services using one of our accepted payment methods.

    Our fees do NOT include other costs which are part of the migration or visa application process such as visa application filing fees, government lodging fees, medical and police checks, translation of documents, etc. As part of the Service/s which is/are provided to the Client, an approximate indication of the fees which form part of the process will be set out for the Client, together with clarification as to when these costs are due.

    The Client agrees that all services fees are deemed earned once paid and subject to the terms of Termination of Service and Refund Policy outlined in this Agreement;
