Finding an employer in the USA while being outside of the country seems like an impossible task, but it's only impossible if you don't have the right mindset.
There are several legal ways to work in the USA. The most common is to register as a student, which allows you to work for at least one year after completing your course. Another reliable way to work in the USA is to visit on a B-1 tourist visa, which is valid for six months, and then apply for an extension of the tourist visa, which is B-2 for another six months. Afterward, you can convert the B2 visa into one of the following work visas: O-1, E-2, L-1, or even EB-1, depending on your personal data and the documents you can provide as evidence.
To find an employer in the USA, you need to have a good resume.

- Check if they received the letters;
- Ensure your LinkedIn has some references. Add the recruiter/employer on LinkedIn and reach out to new LinkedIn connections.

- Make your social profiles stand out and set privacy for any content you want to hide from recruiters.
- Still no response? Write a 500-word article about the company, its position, and how you can contribute. Use LinkedIn and Inmail to contact the employer.
